Governor – Mrs Lisa Cook

I was asked several years ago by our previous Head Teacher if I would be interested in becoming a School Parent Governor.

At that time both my children attended our school, which I had also attended myself and both my parents before me. I have a great passion to see the pupils of our school thrive and to be happy and successful in their education.

I was very keen to take on the role to help have a positive influence in our school. I am now a Co-Opted Governor as both my children have left the school. I do work closely with our Student School Council and our FEW Group ( Friends of Esh Winning ) to actively promote ideas from Pupils, Parents, Grandparents, Family and Carers to help bring the community into the school.
